About the Role

Salary: £13‑£14 per hour depending on experience

Working hours: 07:30 - 17:00 + on call duties

Location: Kimnel Bay

Responsibilities

As a Van Pack Team Leader, you will be at the heart of our operational delivery, supporting the maintenance and repair of wastewater networks. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

Customer Interaction

  • Attending customer locations and communicating planned works
  • Answering questions and providing reassurance on site

Drainage Operations

  • Inspecting drainage systems to identify blockages, leaks or structural issues
  • Operating high‑pressure water jetting equipment to clear and clean drainage systems
  • Adjusting pressure levels based on blockage type (e.g., grease, debris, roots)
  • Assisting with CCTV surveys when required
  • Reporting all findings/data accurately back to operational teams

Data & Safety

  • Completing digital data entry using a laptop or tablet
  • Reporting safety issues in line with company procedures
  • Performing routine checks and maintenance of jetting equipment

Experience & Qualifications (Desirable but not essential unless stated)

  • Full UK driving licence (Required)
  • WJA Red or Blue Book
  • Banksman
  • Manual Handling
  • Emergency First Aid
  • NRSWA
  • EUSR National Water Hygiene
  • Medium Risk Confined Space
