What you'll do

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, from entry-level to senior management positions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to implement innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
