What you'll do
- Implement and maintain traffic management plans in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Set up and dismantle traffic control equipment, including cones, barriers, and signage, to ensure safe passage for vehicles and pedestrians.
- Monitor traffic flow and make real-time adjustments to traffic management setups as necessary to alleviate congestion.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to coordinate traffic management activities around ongoing projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of traffic management setups to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Provide clear communication to the public regarding traffic changes and road closures through signage and direct interaction.
- Assist in training new team members on traffic management procedures and safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, implementing contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure safety.
- Maintain accurate records of traffic management activities, including site inspections and equipment usage.
- Liaise with local authorities and emergency services to facilitate smooth operations and address any concerns related to traffic management.

Requirements
