What you'll do

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a solid grasp of budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in health and safety, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, are highly desirable.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
