Requirements
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations relevant to the industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and contractors.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
