About the role
As an IT Experience Coordinator at Lanesgroup, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the technological experience of our employees and clients. This position is integral to ensuring that our IT systems are user-friendly and efficient, allowing for seamless operations across the organization. What you’ll do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries and support requests from employees, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular assessments of IT systems and tools to identify areas for improvement and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement training programs aimed at increasing employee proficiency with technology.
- Gather feedback from users regarding their IT experiences and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees by providing them with necessary IT resources and training.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support or coordination role, preferably within a corporate environment.

- Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing IT challenges.
