Lanes Group in Southampton is seeking a Supervisor to lead the HGV Tanker Drivers across the Southampton region. You will ensure work is carried out efficiently in line with the Waste Contract, coordinating tankering of non-hazardous liquids from sites to disposal facilities.
This is a full-time role based at Millbrook depot, with 4 days on/4 days off (06:00–18:00) and a 40.25-hour week. A valid Class 1 HGV licence is essential, with the ability to manage field teams, uphold PPE and safety
