This role would be based out of the southern region and will require you to work away from home, depending on the location of the project. As this is a project manager role, we will require you to be flexible regarding the hours. Hotels are provided by the company and transport is discussed.
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6am - 6pm
Location: Chalgrove, Chertsey region
Holidays: 24 days plus bank holidays
Overtime: paid at 1.25x
Responsibilities:
- Take full accountability for all works within the catchment, ensuring delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and cost targets.
- Lead and support frontline operational teams, including supervisors and operators to drive high performance and service levels.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure effective resource allocation, job prioritisation, and workforce coordination.
- Continuously monitor operational performance and implement improvements to drive efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of Lanes Group and its customers.
- Reporting to senior management daily.
- Brief the project team daily regarding expectations and updates.
- Work alongside the project team to complete works.
Experience and capabilities:
- HGV license
- Managerial experience (2 years)
- Site and drainage experience
- DISAB HPWJA High risk (Desirable)
- Screener (Desirable)
- Grab Lorry (Desirable)
- Porta Reel (Desirable)
