We provide award-winning services to the clean water, wastewater, gas, multi-utilities and the highways sector. Responsibilities
- Auditing performance
- Audit compliance
- Plan, execute, and oversee detailed information taken from site
- Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
- Identify improvements
- Feedback all missed information to site manager
- Preparation of completed work on data
- Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain issue logs, and report issues to managers
- Help to prepare and submit Performance reports
- Maintaining the quality of information
- Processing quality audits and quality assurance reviews
- Data inputting/Data collating
Qualifications
- Management Skills - Exceptional organisation skills with a great eye for detail and a great administrative background
- Systems - competent in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. The successful candidate will have experience with up-to-date systems and co-ordinate quality management systems
- Health, Safety & Environment - The ability to assess the impact our operations have on Health & Safety matters. Thorough knowledge of H & S policies/procedures and safe systems of work
- Operational Understanding - comprehensive experience, understanding and qualifications/accreditations in accordance with the role being undertaken to deliver contractual commitments, operational and safety requirements
- Driving Licence required - Travel as and when required between locations
