About The Role

As a Traffic Management Operative, you will be required to work on our planned Traffic Management Schemes on our Thames Water contract.

Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire (Depot location)

Hours: 50 hours per week 07.00am-17.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary: base rate – £32,500 + average overtime OTE £42,250 per annum + additional loyalty bonuses in first 12 months up to £550

Overtime is paid at 1.5.

Responsibilities – But Not Limited To

  • You will work alongside another TM Operative carrying out methods of traffic management utilising your M1 & M2 certificates
  • Two Way Set ups
  • Road Closures
  • Due to the nature of contract – Accurate photographs must be taken for reporting of work carried out using the Tablet supplied
  • You will carry out risk assessments and method statements
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks, responsible for Vehicle Cleanliness.
  • Liaising with general public and directing them through safe site lines as required

  • M1 & M2 Lantra
  • Driving licence
  • IT literate
