About the Role: We are actively seeking a customer service advisor to join our friendly, dedicated team that ensures our customer needs are met in an efficient and timely manner. An excellent telephone manner and problem-solving skills are a must.

Location: Lingley Mere, Warrington

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week (8am-5pm)

Responsibilities – but not limited to:

  • Contacting customers via telephone, to advise of work to be carried out at their property.
  • Carrying out calls to customers, to inform them and keep them up to date with the progression of the work planned at their property.
  • Issuing customers with planned start dates.
  • Dealing with queries from the customers.
  • Sending text updates to customers.
  • Working closely with our in-house team of schedulers, to provide updates of any outstanding work.

Experience and qualifications required for the role:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Competent in IT, accurate data entry and good keyboard skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Positive, can-do attitude – team player
  • Ability to multitask, and work to deadlines
  • Previous customer contact experience required (telephone or face to face)

This position is open to Internal and External candidates. Any internal candidates currently employed within a division of the Lanes Group must complete an Internal Application form and submit to recruitment.
