Job role:
- Monitoring and inputting permits on the government portal, using Street Manager. (you will be trained on this software).
- Data inputting, with an excellent eye for detail.
- Jeopardy managing through reports, minimising the risk of Fixed Penalty Notices.
- Supporting team members with workload.
- General administration duties.
Experience/skills required:
- Data input skills - a high level of accuracy.
- It Literate. IT Skills (emails/MS Office).
- Excellent eye for detail.
- Organised and have the ability to prioritise.
- Time management β Activities must be completed in a short space of time.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good administration skills.
Hours of the role: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8am until 5pm with an hour for lunch.
