Training Administrator

The Lanes Group are the UK’s largest independent provider of water and wastewater solutions and services. We play a vital role in maintaining the seamless operations of the nation’s water systems.

About The Role

As the Training Administrator you will support the Training Department ensuring all records are kept up to date and our workers are compliant and able to work.

• Location: Eccles
• Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours (08.30am-17.00pm)

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate training records
• Liaise with training suppliers
• Generate training reports
• Ensure audit compliance
• Compile certificates
• Maintain spreadsheets
• Answer phone calls
• Order and book training

Qualifications and Training

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Health and Safety awareness certification (desirable)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in training administration (desirable)
• Track record of maintaining training records (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of utility operations
