We are looking for a Data Processor in one of our Patching & Lining departments.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Stafford
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Responsibilities – But Not Limited To:
- Accessing internal databases to get data in relation to the footage that has been captured to access the integrity and condition of pipes in the wastewater network.
- Downloading information, saving the documents, and uploading them within the clients’ systems.
- Compiling Quotes for quoted works.
- Scheduling works for DLO crews.
- Data inputting/Data collating is a major part of the role.
- Ensuring all records and trackers are kept up to date and accurate.
- Support administration around the department.
- Working within the team and taking instructions from a variety of team members and support functions.
Knowledge, Experience, And Qualifications Required:
- Good Administrative background.
- Computer Literate.
- Good eye for detail.
- Previous experience of working in a process administration role.
