About The Role
- Location: Slough
- Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week alternate shifts 8am-4pm and 12pm-8pm incorporating on call including alternate weekends 8am-8pm on call.
- Rate of pay: £13.50
You’ll be operating van-mounted jetting equipment for a wide range of drain-related issues. Based out of a local depot, your projects will cover a wide range of drainage-related issues, from emergency call-outs and blockages to cleaning pipes during regular maintenance programmes. You will visit various types of clients and sites, from commercial, residential, and industrial to specialist sectors like rail, road, utility, and so on.
Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role
- You’ll need a UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
- You will hold an up-to-date CSCS card (desirable).
- You’ll already be familiar with high pressure jetting equipment, but you may not have drainage experience. That’s OK — we’re happy to train you to the appropriate standard.
- A high pressure water jetting certificate would be good, but it’s not essential.
- You’ll be polite and respectful when dealing with customers and the public, and observe all health and safety procedures.
- You’ll love working outdoors.
- Being flexible is essential too: we operate 24/7 so there will be early starts, weekend working and an out-of-hours call-out rota.
