Overview
We are actively seeking a Key Account Administrator to join our dynamic Key account Department. Reporting to the team leader, successful applicants will be working closely to ensure that customers are kept informed with job updates and all enquires are deal efficiently. Candidates will also be required to maintain in house systems as well as dealing with both telephone and email enquiries and general administrative duties.
About The Role
- Location: Eccles, Manchester
- Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week
- Salary: £12.21 per hour.

As a Key Accounts Administrator You Will
- Management of allocated Key Accounts
- answering of queries related to accounts
- ensure high level of customer service is delivered at all times
- allocating of jobs to technicians
- sending quotations
- invoicing of jobs
- following up with clients to ensure high levels of service is maintained.

- Previous experience within customer service environment
- previous administration experience
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills and a desire to learn new software
