Established in 2013, Sapphire Utility Solutions, part of Lanes Group, has quickly become the partner of choice for many clients across the UK in our chosen markets. We are delivering lining solutions to five of the WASC’s in the UK across R&M and planned workstreams. Currently, the Lining Division is recruiting for a Remedial Analyst to join us in delivering exceptional customer service and innovative operational solutions across the region. As part of the central function you will be working closely with all our clients and contributing to their AMP8 objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a rewarding career.
About The Role
Reporting to Lining Assurance Team Leader, you will be reviewing CCTV footage looking for defects, imperfections and picking up where remedial action is needed. The role is ideal for a tech savvy person with an eye for detail looking for a new career path.
Location: Bamber Bridge, Preston, Lancashire
Hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday, 08.00am – 16.00pm (1/2 lunch)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Responsibilities – But Not Limited To
- Accessing internal databases reviewing outstanding footage to access the integrity and condition of pipes.
- Escalating found data to the appropriate systems/departments
- Preparation of completed work on data
- Data inputting/Data collating
- Ensuring all records are kept up to date and accurate
- Assisting planning
Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role
- Computer Literate
- Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively, particularly to external parties such as the client if and when required
- Ability and confidence to communicate with site teams and management
- Reliable, tolerant and be able to get on with others
- Should be well presented and professional
- Understanding Of Street works
