Vegetation Operatives – Rail Division Lanes Group Rail Division are based in Rainham and require vegetation operatives to work on a contract within the rail sector and add to an experienced and efficient workforce.
About You
- Be a keen, hardworking individual who works well within a team.
- Be client-facing and self-presentable when dealing with both the client and members of the public.
- Experience in either rail or vegetation is preferred but not essential; training can be given to the right individuals.
- Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
The Job
- Willing and flexible in work approach; tasks include a range of activities from strimming to tree removal.
- Work is predominantly day shifts; night shifts may be required when necessary.
- Responsible, with the rest of the team, for the tools, plant, and equipment used.
- Opportunity for overtime where possible.
- Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm.
