We are a rapidly expanding team within an IT department that supports over 4,000 staff. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Developer to join us as a senior team member.
Location: Flexible to within Southern Regions
Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 Hours per week.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Responsibilities – but not limited to:
- Develop, configure, and deploy custom solutions within Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related applications.
- Design and manage integrations between Microsoft 365 applications and third party systems using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and custom connectors.
- Create and manage custom connectors within Power Automate and Power Apps to facilitate efficient data flow across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the Business Excellence Team to understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations to ensure security, reliability, and performance.
- Build automated workflows and solutions that enhance productivity and streamline business operations.
- Document all integration processes, customizations, and best practices for reference and training.
Experience and qualifications required for the role:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Microsoft 365 Developer or a similar role focused on integrations.
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate) and services.
- Extensive experience with API integrations, particularly Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and third party APIs.
- Strong proficiency in Power Platform development, including Power Apps and Power Automate custom solutions.
- Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, and API Management) for advanced integration capabilities.
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, OAuth, and other web technologies relevant to API development.
- Experience of JavaScript, C#, or PowerShell for custom solution development within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting integration issues.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
- Full UK Driving License with own transport.
Desirable:
- Mulesoft exposure or equivalent
- Dynamics 365 experience
- Powershell / Python scripting
