The Lanes Group are the UK’s largest independent provider of water and wastewater solutions and services, playing a vital role in maintaining the seamless operations of the nation’s water systems.
We are currently recruiting for a HGV Specialist Waste Engineer to join our team in Oxford. You will be part of a two-person team, operating our high specification jetting equipment and vacuumation units at treatment centres. Work projects will include drainage issues, including blockage clearance, pipe cleansing programmes and descaling tanks.
Position: Specialist Waste Engineer
Location: Chalgrove
Hours: Monday to Friday, 50 hours
Salary: £16 - £18 per hour
Experience and capabilities:
- HGV Class 2 Licence minimum
- Confined Space (Full Rescue)
- High Pressure Water Jetting Certificate (HPWJA)
- Streetworks Certificate
- National Water Hygiene
- JHL Training
- SHEA Water
- DISAB Training
