We provide award-winning services to the clean water, wastewater, gas, multi-utilities and the highways sector. We are passionate about working alongside our clients and partners to maintain the utility services essential to modern life throughout the UK.
We are actively looking for a part-time out of hours scheduler to work on our United Utilities contract. A 5-week rota is provided and due to business needs, you may need to work during the week, on a Bank Holiday or longer hours during the weekend. It is essential to be flexible before applying.
Location: United Utilities building, Haweswater House, Lingley Mere, Great Sankey, Warrington.
Hours: 20 hours per week, 5-week rolling - some evenings and weekends.
Salary: £13,457 per annum. Overtime paid at 1.5.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers via telephone and email, providing them with information.
- Providing customers and colleagues with accurate information.
- Navigating our in-house software, updating internal systems.
- Handing over of works to other departments, in an efficient manner.
- Dealing with customer complaints, resolving in a timely manner.
- Liaising with internal departments, and our field-based teams.
Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role:
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask, and work to deadlines.
- Previous customer contact experience required (telephone or face to face).
- Positive, can-do attitude – team player.
- Competent in IT, accurate data entry and good keyboard skills.
