The Lanes Group Rail division is seeking an experienced Night Engineer Supervisor to work on various projects within the Rail sector, particularly around the Rainham area, to support our growing workload. About The Role Night work from 9pm Sunday to 5am Friday. The Night Engineer Supervisor will oversee the crew of operatives, collaborating with the Day Manager to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include rearranging crews and works when staff are unavailable or works are canceled and acting as the main point of contact for clients and engineers during night shifts. About You You are a hardworking team player with excellent customer service skills and respectful communication. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, hold an in-date track certificate, have regularly carried out protection and COSS roles, and possess a full UK driving license with no more than 3 penalty points. Drainage experience and supervisory experience are preferred but not essential.
