The Minor Civils Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of civils crews delivering minor highways works. The role ensures works are completed safely, compliantly, on time, and to client standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage both HGV and non-HGV civils crews, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met at all times.
- Plan, monitor, and manage incoming works and backlog jobs, ensuring effective prioritisation and resource allocation.
- Maintain full team compliance, including adherence to health and safety regulations.
