We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced member of the CCTV team to step into a Team Leader position within our centralised CCTV function. Reporting to the CCTV Office Manager, this role will focus on overseeing daily technical tasks, supporting colleagues, and ensuring the continued accuracy and consistency of our survey outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for technical queries within the CCTV Technical team.
- Review and validate CCTV footage submitted by team members to ensure compliance with MSCC standards and internal quality benchmarks.
- Provide support and coaching to junior or new team members, ensuring consistent understanding of workflows and expectations.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records in Excel, Wincan, and Mapping Software (as required), flagging any issues or inconsistencies to the CCTV Office Manager
- Coordinate with depot teams to resolve survey-related issues promptly and maintain strong communication lines across departments.
- Help embed best practices and contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal processes.
- Provide regular feedback to the CCTV Office Manager on team performance, training needs, and areas for support.
- Supporting internal and external visitors to the department
About you:
- A strong understanding of internal CCTV survey processes, including coding, data entry, and use of systems like Wincan and Mapping Software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and support team members.
- Proven attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- A proactive mindset – someone who takes ownership of their work and supports others to do the same.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
Training and guidance will be provided to support the transition into this leadership role.
