We are looking for dynamic and qualified CCTV and Mapping Project Coordinators to join our highly skilled and friendly centralised CCTV Team. Based in our CCTV Office at Eccles, Manchester, the main aim of the role is to support the Group nationally in the capture, handling and processing of CCTV, GPS, GIS and Mapping data of all types of CCTV Projects across all sectors.

Location: Manchester (Eccles)
Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 Hours per week
Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate CCTV survey projects from data capture through to final reporting
    • Host/attend client/stakeholder meetings
    • Track progress against deadlines and SLAs and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time
    • Maintain project trackers and provide regular updates
    • Act as the SME link between depots, field teams, and central processing by providing high level and detailed training
  • Data & Quality Management
    • Ensure all CCTV data (videos, reports, photos, site plans, GPS, GIS, AutoCAD) is complete, correctly uploaded and delivered to our valued clients
    • Verify site completion and supporting documentation prior to processing
    • Ensure adherence to strict quality assurance processes and resolve any data issues
  • Mapping & Asset Data
    • Coordinate integration of CCTV survey data with mapping/GIS outputs
    • Ensure asset locations and connectivity data are accurately recorded
    • Support groupwide development of next level training in the use of digital asset records
  • Systems & Process
    • Manage and process project data using systems such as WinCan, WinCan Maps, AutoCad and several internal platforms
    • Ensure standard templates, naming conventions, and processes are followed
    • Identify and support improvements to workflows and data processes
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Liaise with and upskill operational teams as required
    • Communicate project requirements and data standards clearly
    • Identify and escalate risks, delays, or data quality issues
  • Reporting & Performance
    • Produce detailed and accurate reports on project status and performance
    • Monitor data quality, turnaround times, and completion rates

About you:

Essential

  • Experience in project coordination or operations support roles
  • Site mapping experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with structured data or reporting systems
  • Excellent IT skills (Excel and database systems)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Willingness to travel across sites, occasional overnight stays

Desirable

  • A good understanding of GIS/GPS/CAD
  • AutoCAD Qualifications
  • A deep understanding of asset mapping or network surveys
  • 2 years minimum experience in CCTV surveying of drainage assets
  • Highly organised and methodical
  • Strong communicator across teams
  • Proactive and solution-focused
  • Able to manage workload independently and work as part of a wider team
  • Passionate and self-driven
  • A desire to learn, grow and develop the role further within the company
  • CSCS card
