We are seeking experienced and competent Fencing Operatives to support the delivery of fencing works across multiple rail sites throughout London. This role involves working within live rail environments, installing and maintaining fencing systems in accordance with client specifications and rail standards. The role also requires vegetation clearance and chainsaw capability to facilitate safe and effective fencing installation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain fencing systems in accordance with specifications and rail standards
- Undertake vegetation clearance and chainsaw operations to facilitate fencing works
- Operate power tools and plant safely and competently
- Assist with site set-up, materials handling, and safe working zones
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with risk assessments and method statements
- Maintain tools, plant, and equipment in safe working condition
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to deliver work to programme
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Sentinel (valid sponsorship required)
- Basic Track Awareness
- Hedge Trimmer (including long-arm hedge trimmer)
- Brushcutter / Strimmer
- Chainsaw Pole Pruner
- NPTC – Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross-Cutting
- NPTC – Felling Small Trees up to 380mm
- Safe Use of Power Tools
- Proven experience in fencing installation
- Strong understanding of safe systems of work
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites across London
