We provide award-winning services to the clean water, wastewater, gas, digital networks, and highways sector and are passionate about working alongside our clients and partners to maintain the utility services essential to modern life.
We are actively seeking a customer service advisor to join our friendly, dedicated team that ensures our customer needs are met in an efficient and timely manner. An excellent telephone manner and problem-solving skills are a must.
Location: Lingley Mere, Warrington
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week (8am-5pm) 1 hr paid lunch
Responsibilities – But Not Limited To:
- Contacting customers via telephone, to advise of work to be carried out at their property.
- Carrying out calls to customers, to inform them and keep them up to date with the progression of the work planned at their property.
- Issuing customers with planned start dates.
- Dealing with queries from the customers.
- Sending text updates to customers.
- Working closely with our in-house team of schedulers, to provide updates of any outstanding work.
Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role:
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Competent in IT, accurate data entry and good keyboard skills
- Excellent customer service
- Positive, can-do attitude – team player
- Ability to multitask, and work to deadlines
- Previous customer contact experience required (telephone or face to face)
