About The Role

Due to business expansion, we are currently looking for lining crews to work on various contracts based out of Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving, stable and successful business.

  • Location: Bamber Bridge, Lancashire (remote working, travel involved)
  • Hours: 50 hours per week, 07.00am-17:00pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend work available.
  • Salary: c£16.50 phr

Responsibilities – But Not Limited To

  • We are looking for lining crews who will be installing sewer liners using various lining systems. UV Lining, cold cure lining, led lining, path lining as well as day-to-day site duties.
  • You will ensure that you maintain great customer service and communication.
  • Adhere to company absence reporting procedure.
  • Update and complete site documentation using electronic tablet.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements and safe system of work.
  • Carry out site-specific risk assessments and discuss any changes or amendments with team members and site supervisor.
  • Perform daily vehicle checks and maintenance to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Report any issues or hazards by following company procedures.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently to assist with various tasks.
  • Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Wear and maintain in good condition any Personal Protective Equipment provided for your protection and bring to your supervisor’s attention any defects or shortcomings with the equipment.
  • Work on the back of cutting unit assisting and learning how to use and maintain the cutting unit.
  • The operative will be expected to be flexible picking up overtime if required and the occasional weekend.
