Established in 2013, Sapphire Utility Solutions has quickly become the partner of choice for many clients across the UK in our chosen markets. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a part-time/weekend Streetworks Coordinator based in Leyland to support our Streetworks Team.

Working Hours & Location

  • Salary: £22,400 per annum
  • Hours: 32 hours per week, Friday to Monday (08.00am-16.30pm)
  • Location: Leyland based for Friday & Monday. Work from Home Saturday & Sunday.
  • Holidays: 24 days + bank holidays pro-rata.

As a Streetworks Coordinator for our Streetworks Team, you will administer all Streetworks permits and notices in accordance with the Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA) and New Roads & Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA). Your role will involve:

  • Manage the coordination of streetworks throughout the area.
  • Operate the Street Works Register for the planning of works and events being organised on the highway.
  • Working closely with our Scheduling teams to enable operational delivery.
  • Working closely with Program Manager.
  • Speaking with internal stakeholders.
  • Booking in jobs on the Big Change system.
  • Data entry.
  • Dealing with queries.
  • General administration duties.

About you

  • Strong Attention to detail / Accuracy.
  • Previous experience working with Permits and notice.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to demonstrate a flexible approach.
