Sapphire Utility Solutions are seeking a Streetworks Administrator to be based in Leyland overseeing our United Utilities contract.
Working Hours & Location
- Salary: £29,500 per annum
- Hours: 40 hours per week 07.30am - 16.00pm
- Location: Leyland
- Holidays: 24 days + bank holidays
Your Role Will Involve
- Working closely with our team to enable operational delivery of the work to be carried out
- Manage the coordination of streetworks permits by applying for them on the various systems and ensuring that the permits are in place for the traffic management to be put in place
- Monitor the permit dates and ensure that jobs are closed down if no permit is extended
- Dealing with queries
- General administration duties
About You
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong Attention to detail / Accuracy
- Microsoft Office Experience
- Previous experience of working in a process administration role
- Excellent communication skills and able to deal with stakeholders within the business as well as suppliers
