Established in 2013, Sapphire Utility Solutions has quickly become the partner of choice for many clients across the UK in our chosen markets. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Planning and Permitting Coordinator based in Leyland to support on our United Utilities Contract.
Working hours, location and benefits
- Salary: £26,000-£28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Hours: 40 hours per week (1 day per week WFH)
- Location: Leyland
- Holidays: 24 days + bank holidays
Responsibilities
- Manage the coordination of streetworks throughout the area.
- Operate the Street Works Register for the planning of works and events being organised on the highway.
- Work closely with Scheduling teams to enable operational delivery.
- Work closely with Program Manager.
- Speak with internal stakeholders.
- Booking in jobs on the Big Change system.
- Data entry.
- Dealing with queries.
- General administration duties.
About you
- Strong attention to detail / accuracy.
- Previous experience working with Permits and notices is advantageous but not required.
- Computer literate.
- Able to demonstrate a flexible approach.
