Now Let’s Talk About What You’ll Do
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including detailed variance analysis and commentary.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for financial optimization.
- Collaborate with department heads to deliver actionable financial insights and guidance.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and reporting tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and adherence to financial policies.
- Support year-end audit activities and statutory reporting requirements.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis to inform and support key business initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- Studying towards ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification preferred.
