We're looking for an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team at our Leeds Head Office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning data into insight and helping stakeholders make informed business decisions.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business decision-making.
  • Analyse monthly financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key trends and variances.
  • Produce insightful management reporting packs and financial commentary.
  • Analyse revenue, costs, margins and KPI performance.
  • Work collaboratively with Financial Control and Commercial Finance teams to deliver meaningful business insights.
  • Investigate performance drivers and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct detailed analysis around customer profitability, pricing strategies, product mix and operational efficiency.
  • Support business planning through scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis and ROI assessments.
  • Champion reporting automation and data transformation initiatives using Power BI and FP&A systems.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic commercial decisions and business growth.

You'll ideally have

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years' experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance or Business Analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • A strong understanding of forecasting, margin analysis and commercial performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
