We're looking for an organised and proactive Business Administrator to join our Leeds office and play a key role in supporting our business operations.

About the Role

Reporting to and working closely with the Executive Personal Assistant, you'll provide high-quality administrative support across several business functions, including Finance, Legal, IT and HR.

You'll also be the main point of contact within the Leeds office, helping to create a professional and welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive administrative support to the Finance, Legal, IT and HR teams, including document preparation, record management and team coordination.
  • Support the Executive Personal Assistant with day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Leeds office, welcoming visitors and managing office facilities.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, office supplies and general workplace requirements.
  • Assist with diary management and meeting coordination for members of the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Support the Executive Personal Assistant with Executive Director related activities as and when required
  • Organise team meetings, offsite events and business functions, including venue booking, travel arrangements, accommodation and meeting materials.
  • Arrange travel and hotel bookings in line with company policies.
  • Provide cover for the Executive Personal Assistant during periods of absence or unavailability.
  • Support ad hoc projects, business initiatives and administrative activities as required.

About You

You'll be a highly organised and professional administrator with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Business Administrator, Team Assistant or similar administrative support role.
  • Experience supporting busy teams in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative and handle confidential information with discretion.

Desirable

  • Previous experience supporting senior leaders or executive-level stakeholders.
