Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Administrator to join our dynamic Key Account Department. You will be working closely with the Team leader to ensure that customers are kept informed with job updates and are dealt with efficiently.

What you will be doing
- Ensure Customers are kept informed of job updates
- Dealing with enquires
- Maintaining in-house systems
- Dealing with incoming calls
- General administrative duties
- Ensure customers receive exceptional service at all times.
About you
- Previous experience in customer service would be beneficial
- Computer literate
- High level of accuracy
