Lanes Group is seeking a Civils Team Leader to run the civils team on site, delivering work to client SLAs in a cost‑effective, safe manner. You will provide technical guidance, coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors, and liaise with the scheduling team to keep programmes on track.
You will coach and develop staff, support KPI delivery, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and our Safe Working Procedures.
