As we expand our operational teams, we are now recruiting an HGV Jetting Team Leader to support and guide Operatives in delivering exceptional customer service, first-class safety standards, and innovative operational solutions across North and Central Wales. As an experienced Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading an operative to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient wastewater network services across the region. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance, driving exceptional performance, and acting as the senior point of contact on site.
About the Role
- Salary: up to £16.50 per hour depending on experience
- Working Hours: 45 per week (1 in 4 on call duties)
- Location: Kinmel Bay (North Wales)

Key Responsibilities
- Operate the HGV CityFlex unit, including high-pressure jetting and CCTV inspection equipment working as part of a 2 person team operating high specification jetting equipment and vacuumation units work projects including any drainage related issues including blockage clearances, pipe cleansing programmes and emergency reactive works.
- Ensure full compliance with all required Health and Safety requirements.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks to guarantee roadworthiness and report any issues.
- Maintain high standards of equipment care, ensuring all tools, machinery, and PPE are safe and fit for purpose.
Experience & Qualifications
- HGV Class 2 licence – Required
- Full UK Driving Licence – Required
- Experience leading small teams or mentoring operatives (preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident working with technology and electronic reporting tools
