Position: Project Administrator
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours (start times to be discussed in interview)
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Benefits: 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays); health cash plan; onsite parking; auto enrolment pension scheme; friendly working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support planning team in all daily scheduling aspects.
- Track progress against established schedules and identify potential delays or risks to the project team.
- Prepare and distribute reports and updates for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Use various IT and database systems.
- Accept extra duties as situations arise.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Experience in the water industry is preferred but not essential.
