About the Role: We are actively looking for 1 part-time out of hours scheduler to work on our United Utilities contract. A 5-week rota is provided and due to business needs, you may need to work during the week, on a Bank Holiday or longer hours during the weekend. It is essential to be flexible before applying.
Location: United Utilities building, Haweswater House, Lingley Mere, Great Sankey, Warrington.
Hours: 16-24 hours per week
Salary: £12.97 per hour
Responsibilities – but not limited to:
- Contacting customers via telephone and email, providing them with information
- Providing customers and colleagues with accurate information
- Navigating our in-house software, updating internal systems
- Handing over of works to other departments, in an efficient manner
- Dealing with customer complaints, resolving in a timely manner
- Liaising with internal departments, and our field-based teams
Experience and qualifications required for the role:
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to multitask, and work to deadlines
- Previous customer contact experience required (telephone or face to face)
- Positive, can-do attitude – team player
- Competent in IT, accurate data entry and good keyboard skills
