We are seeking a skilled and motivated HGV Tanker Engineer to join our Rainham Depot. This role involves identifying defects and blockages within the sewer network and using high pressure water jetting to clean and clear.
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off shift Pattern Nights

As a HGV Tanker Engineer, You Will:
- Operate HGV-mounted vacuum and tankers for drainage and waste management tasks
- Independently manage job sites, ensuring safe practices and high-quality work
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Accurately complete job reports and system updates
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance, reporting any faults promptly
- Maintain high health and safety standards, including proper PPE use and regulatory compliance
Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role:
- HGV Class 2 licence, with no more than 3 penalty points ideally
- A Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) is desirable
- Competent in using an electronic device – laptop / tablet for data entry
