About The Role
Due to contract win, Sapphire Utility Solutions are looking to appoint a Fleet Administrator. Successful applicants will be responsible for managing a company\’s fleet of vehicles, ensuring their efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance with regulatory requirements. They oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, safety protocols, and vehicle documentation
Location: Bamber Bridge, Preston
Responsibilities – But Not Limited To
- Driver Tachograph analysis
- Ensure all daily defects are completed.
- Ensure all vehicle inspections are completed and any issued raised to Fleet Manager
- Ensure all vehicles have a valid MOT, services and are taxed. Liaising with operational management about schedules and vehicles off the road.
- Complete driving licence checks for points and disqualifications inline with the companies insurance policy
- Notify operational managers of preplanned works effecting vehicle usage.
- Book appointments with company workshop and ensuring no appointments are missed.
