Salary: Depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6am - 4:30pm (50 hours a week)

Location: Crawley

Holidays: 21 days plus bank holidays

Overtime: Paid at 1.25x

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery
  • Ensure all H&S requirements are followed
  • Assist the Project Supervisor working on and operating our combined sewer jetting/vacuumation units to carry out jetting and vacuumation works
  • Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment to clean and clear drains, sewers, and pipework
  • Remove waste materials from the waste water
  • Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance to ensure readiness
  • Learn to complete job sheets, risk assessments, and method statements (RAMS) under supervision
  • Ad-hoc tasks given by the Project manager

Experience and capabilities:

  • HGV license (no experience needed)
  • DISAB HPWJA High risk (Desirable)
  • Screener (Desirable)
  • Grab Lorry (Desirable)
  • Porta Reel (Desirable)
