Location: Crawley (West Sussex) - will be required to travel to other sites
Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending upon experience

About the Role:
- Collate and report on Road Map information for field staff, scanning documents onto individual files.
- Highlight when information is required or highlight non-compliant staff.
- Identify unsafe or non-compliant practices or sites.
- Support all staff in maintaining compliance goals as per company policy.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections across the Bio resource framework.
- Support Health and Safety team in compliance standards.
- Aid and support teams on correct procedures and policies.
- Be up to date on key legislation which would apply to our industry.
- Produce weekly and monthly compliance reports for the relevant department associated with.
- Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (RoadMap, Pathway to success, Training).
- Maintain case files on all Damages and complaints within the department associated with, tracking completion and sign off any incidents.
- Monitor sub-contractor compliance.
- Ensure up to date training records for all staff aiding the operations teams.
- Deliver compliance training across the bio resourcing division.
- Desktop auditing all workstream app management systems that are in place (Big change, Job Watch, Samsara).
- Collate all information in any event scenario to ensure captured on correct and relevant company paperwork.
- Collate and report on H+S audits carried out in region.
- Collate and report on Tool box talks carried out in region.
