The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
We are looking for Supervisors to lead the team of HGV Tanker Drivers who work across the Region. You will be responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently in line with the Waste Contract. The work involves tankering various non-hazardous liquids from sites to disposal facilities across the regions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all engineers are compliant with PPE and Company policies
- Support engineers in the field
- Assess and develop the competencies of engineers
- Conduct audits and provide training to engineers
- Manage sites and keep clients up-to-date
- HSE on site
- Basic vehicle maintenance and stock control
- Communicate work instructions to engineers
- Problem-solving and site set up/stand down, including housekeeping
- Plan breaks for 12-hour or 24-hour drivers
- Take deliveries and off-hire equipment
- Carry out reasonable ad hoc requests by LMC Managers or the Senior Leadership Team
- Adhere to all Lanes Group policies and responsibilities towards them
