About the Role: Lanes Group are looking for an industrial site supervisor to join our Industrial Services Division. Successful applicants will ideally have past supervisory experience within the drainage industry.
Location: Chester
Hours: Monday to Friday 47.5 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £16.50ph
Responsibilities – but not limited to:
- Ensuring work is completed to a satisfactory standard, whilst adhering to all H&S and company policies.
- Motivate, support and mentor staff.
- Working with Operational staff operating DISAB units.
- Assist on drainage related issues, including emergency call outs.
About you:
- Previous Drainage/utility experience
- Previous DISAB experience/knowledge
- Past experience mentoring and motivating a team.
