We are thrilled to announce a major contract win with Yorkshire Water, supporting them in proactively and reactively maintaining their Wastewater Network for the next five years and beyond! We are currently recruiting for a Support Driver to join our team in Yorkshire. You will be supporting the on-site operations by collecting and delivering equipment and materials throughout the Bradford Area. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a rewarding career with Lanes Group.

About The Role

  • Location: Bradford, Yorkshire.
  • Hours: 50 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm with a paid lunch). Overtime also available at time and a half.
  • Salary: To be discussed.
  • Weekly pay.

As a Support Driver, you will:

  • Support the Operations on site with various tasks throughout the region such as collecting and delivering equipment to and from site from various locations as required.
  • Drive a company vehicle - up to 3.5 Tonne (Van, Flatbed etc).
  • Communicate with Civils crews regarding any issues that require attention and assist with the loading and offloading of vans.
  • Update and complete site documentation using an electronic tablet.
  • Perform daily vehicle checks and maintenance to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Wear and maintain Personal Protective Equipment.

Experience And Qualifications

  • Full UK driving license (Required).
