About the Role
Responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships for the growing company. The role’s primary focus is to prioritise client satisfaction, set targets and promote healthy relationships between the company and its customers.
Location: Eccles, Manchester
Salary: £45,000.00
Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Senior representation for the company, working with crucial clients and partners.
- Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers including agreeing reasonable and achievable SLAs and KPIs.
- Creating and monitoring targets and metrics for national accounts, suggesting improvements where appropriate.
- Meeting clients and account managers on a regular basis to ensure strong relationships.
- Following up on complaints and queries on behalf of clients.
- Providing timely and effective solutions aligned to client needs.
- Taking a leadership role in presentations and proposals for national accounts.
- Monitoring and identifying market trends, competitors and new sales leads.
- Pricing contracts to achieve company’s gross margin expectations.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in a regional or national account manager position.
- Experience managing multi-faceted complex business relationships.
- Knowledge of managing end-to-end business processes.
- A sales background with a demonstrated history of sales performance.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
