We are actively seeking a customer service advisor to join our friendly, dedicated team that ensures our customer needs are met efficiently and timely.
Responsibilities
- Contacting customers via telephone to advise of work to be carried out at their property.
- Carrying out calls to customers to inform them and keep them up to date with the progression of the work planned at their property.
- Issuing customers with planned start dates.
- Dealing with queries from the customers.
- Sending text updates to customers.
- Working closely with our in‑house team of schedulers to provide updates of any outstanding work.
Qualifications
- Excellent telephone manner and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Competent in IT, accurate data entry and good keyboard skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Team player capable of multitasking and working to deadlines.
- Previous customer contact experience required (telephone or face‑to‑face).

Hours / Salary
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week (8:00am–5:00pm) with 1 hour paid lunch.
