  • Manage Operational team in daily commercial and contractual aspects

  • Responsible for commercial performance and cost data analysis

  • Ensuring proper contractual administration of contract/project assigned, including value and cost control, and maintenance of records

  • Accurately value works undertaken and where necessary provide records to substantiate cost

  • Produce reports and monitor efficiencies

  • Overseeing sub-contract activities and costings

  • Responsible for performing data analysis

  • Ensure a good working relationship is made and maintained between the Operations Team

  • Resolve queries from the Operational Team/Commercial Manager

  • Provide support on invoices/PO’s

This position is open to Internal and External candidates. Any internal candidates currently employed within a division of the Lanes Group must complete an Internal Application form and submit to recruitment.

Your role will be to manage best practice to maximise value and minimise risk and cost therefore a background in a similar role is essential as we require someone to be commercially and financially aware.

Due to location of our office in Grateley Village, a drivers licence is essential., * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
