About the Role: Due to continued growth and development, we are now looking for customer-focused people to join us in our Utility Division, working on our Thames Water contract service to deliver real and effective solutions to waste-water network and drainage problems.
- Responsible for individual Region.
- Allocated Project Manager to your individual Region.
- Forward Planning of all complex jobs - Planning to the Combi/Recycler, Mainline units and Portareel.
- Submitting Permits using Street manager.
- Arranging Traffic Management with our Streetworks department.
- Closure of all activities and related WOLI’s (Work Order Line Items).
- Ensuring that there are no duplicate jobs open impacting the overall figures.
- Daily update on all jobs that are out for that day and escalates to the project manager if there is any risk of an unable.
- Managing active jobs - being reactive to the requests to resource required on Live Priority Sites.
- Support the project manager as required working alongside their requests.
- Ensure that all data capture sheets are fully completed, and the data is ready and accurate by 13:00 daily for managers to be able to report on said data.
- Track and investigate repeat blockages and elevate where required.
- Manage Pollution and Internal Flooding Journeys that sit with Special Projects.
- Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibilities towards them.
- Undertake any reasonable ad hoc projects, tasks or requests as and when requested by management.
What is essential is the ability to work safely to quickly diagnose and deliver practical and efficient solutions to attain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
About You: The ideal candidate will be hard-working, able to merge into a tight-knit team, respectful and comply with health and safety standards. Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
